Public Website/Mobile Compatible
The public website screens use “responsive design” so they reformat automatically for optimal viewing based on the users device: computer, tablet or phone. Although the public screens are templated, we do customize the look and feel to match your existing website and marketing materials.
The following products and services can be purchased on the public website. The other products and services are only able to be sold through the Front Office area.
My Account (Customer/Contact)
Contacts can login to their My Account area and update their contact information, add/edit people on their account, update their interests and subscriptions, and view a history of their activity (courses taken, reprint tickets, donations made, etc.). If the “vault” is used, they can add or delete stored credit cards.
Instructor Login Area
Instructors are able to login to their own area where they can propose new courses, submit edit requests to existing courses, submit schedule requests for upcoming sessions and view/print lists of their students.
