Training and Customer Support
Yes, we typically do in-person hands-on training with each department/user group as part of the implementation. As our system can be customized for your specific business rules and processes, our training is done specifically for each client. We have a full time staff person who provides webinar trainings on each functional area. Webinars can be one-on-one or scheduled for a group.
The ModTickets system has been designed so that it is as intuitive to the user as possible. We do offer both group and individual webinar training on all aspects of the ticketing system. Training is always free and is offered by appointment Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm MST. As we are based in Colorado, we would be happy to do an in-person live training at the launch of this project.
We are continually improving and enhancing our ticketing platform. As new features and functions become available they are automatically incorporated into the ticketing system. There is occasional server maintenance that must be performed and this is always scheduled between 2 am – 4 am MST. You will be notified prior to any scheduled system maintenance.
